Are you passionate about turning cutting-edge designs into reality? We’re looking for Process Engineers to lead the industrialisation journey from design freeze to stable series production. This is your chance to shape how world-class products are built—ensuring they’re manufacturable, safe, cost-effective, and robust.
You’ll be working on major transportation projects with a global leader in sustainable mobility solutions, renowned for delivering advanced rail systems and pioneering technologies that keep cities moving efficiently and safely.
What You’ll Do
- Enable Design for Manufacture & Assembly (DfM/DfA): Collaborate with design teams, challenge concepts, and ensure seamless integration.
- Industrialisation Leadership: Create Industrial Data Sheets, PFMEAs, and define tooling, jigs, and fixtures.
- Shopfloor Excellence: Develop clear work instructions, optimise layouts, and validate method times for efficient production.
- Continuous Improvement: Solve problems, implement Poka-Yoke, and drive process optimisation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Production Engineering (or equivalent).
- Experience: Proven experience in manufacturing/process engineering or industrialisation within the rail industry.
- Strong analytical skills, hands-on approach, and a passion for operational excellence.
