The main purpose of the PMO Analyst (Systems Integration & Test) is to support the SI&T Engineering Group Leaders (EGL) with project management in the following areas: scope, cost, planning, reporting and communication. Focusing on ensuring adherence to company Project Management Officer (PMO) policies and procedures and supporting the team with the use of oSmoz (Planisware) project management tool and processes.

  • Managing and optimizing the deployment of company project management policies and procedures within SI&T.
  • Providing support to Engineering Group Leaders within SI&T to enable efficient and effective deployment of project management policies, procedures and tools.
  • Ensuring the quality of data within oSmoz meets required standards and is consistent across the department, where necessary collaborating with external stakeholders to achieve required standards.
  • Preparation of reports to facilitate department and IPT reviews, to support decision making.
  • Conduct and report analysis of budgets, estimated costs, resource capacity and deliverables across the department to ensure on quality, cost and time delivery of projects.

Knowledge and experience of Project Management in an aerospace environment is essential for this role. Knowledge and the ability to use Microsoft Office tools is essential, including MS Project. Experience of Planisware and PowerBI would be an advantage, however an ability to master new software tools is of greater importance.
