SEGULA Technologies is seeking new, innovative, and daring talents worldwide to support major industrial sectors including automotive, aeronautics, energy, railway, naval, oil & gas, and pharmaceuticals.
You will be responsible for the sales of time and materials staffing, service centre, and work packages within the Energy sector for both new and existing customers.
Your role includes developing business strategies, winning new business, and managing accounts with responsibilities for P&L, revenue, and margin. This involves understanding customer needs, creating compelling sales pitches and value propositions, bid writing and costing, and maintaining ongoing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
For time and materials projects, you will build and manage teams by recruiting new staff with support from the recruitment team or transferring staff from other UK or Group projects/departments. These team members will report to you. You will also lead the commercial relationships with customers for engineering work packages and service centres delivered by UK or Group engineering teams.
Additional responsibilities include building recruitment plans, maintaining a talent pool, recruiting talent, managing and motivating your team, overseeing career development, and ensuring high service levels and project financials are met.
Qualifications

- Several years of engineering experience seeking a new challenge
- An existing career in business development with a strong customer network
