We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technical Support Manager – Aftersales to play a key role in improving vehicle quality, service effectiveness and customer satisfaction across a national dealer and service network. This is a highly visible, influential position working at the interface between retailers, technical teams and central engineering functions. You will be the primary technical escalation point for complex field issues, ensuring rapid diagnosis, accurate reporting and effective resolution of high-impact technical concerns.
