SEGULA Technologies serves clients in the renewable energy (hydro, wind and solar), fossil fuel and thermal power sectors. We focus on design, construction, installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, decommissioning and dismantling also covering logistics and documentation.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Engineering Project Coordinator to support our senior leadership and engineering teams in delivering high-impact programs. This role involves coordinating meetings, managing project schedules, tracking budgets, and facilitating effective communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Support senior management in planning and coordinating weekly meetings, program reviews, and technical deep dives.
- Manage meeting agendas and document minutes.
- Track project plans and schedules, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups with engineering teams.
- Collect and consolidate weekly status updates and maintain action logs.
- Analyse and present monthly financial and budget reports to senior stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Administer risk management processes by tracking product issues and maintaining burndown charts.
- Lead internal documentation migration projects and manage access permissions on platforms like SharePoint.
- Facilitate team-wide communications and support engagement initiatives, including recognition events and off-site activities.
- Oversee team fleet logistics and contribute to transport service improvements based on employee feedback.
- Proven experience in project coordination or engineering support roles.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Power BI preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
- Experience with budget tracking and risk management is a plus.
