What You’ll Do
- Plan, organise and execute development and qualification testing for cutting‑edge electrical and aerospace products.
- Produce high‑quality technical documentation including test plans, procedures, and reports that ensure compliance and traceability.
- Prepare and maintain test setups, instrumentation, safety documentation and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional experts in Design, V&V, Quality, Manufacturing, R&T and R&D.
- Coordinate with external test houses and equipment suppliers as needed.
- Support continuous improvement of test rigs, facilities and methodologies.
- Grow towards owning full test campaigns with independent scope and responsibility.
This is an opportunity to work across the full lifecycle of product verification and validation, contributing directly to programme milestones.
What You Bring
- Degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace or similar) with proven experience, within the industry or similar.
- Background in testing, validation or qualification activities.
- Hands‑on experience with electrical products, test rigs, instrumentation and data acquisition systems.
- Familiarity with mechanical or hydraulic systems.
- Understanding of the product development lifecycle, ideally in aerospace or electrical propulsion.
- Experience writing test documentation (plans, procedures, reports).
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of Dewesoft and DASYLab; LabVIEW is a bonus.
- Ability to interpret requirements and select compliance methods.
- Strong planning, prioritisation and communication skills.
