We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to join our team. You will play a vital role in improving the health and well-being of our patients through your leadership and customer‑centric approach. This is a unique opportunity for an individual who is motivated to expand their skillset and advance their career while making a real difference in the lives of others.

We are seeking a hands‑on individual who possesses strong organisational abilities and is committed to building strong relationships with customers and staff and providing a range of services in a busy community pharmacy setting. Reporting directly to the Pharmacy Superintendent, your main purpose within this role is to help our pharmacy run smoothly and efficiently, providing an excellent support system to enable them to help our patients stay well and healthy.

Total Working Hours: 40 hrs

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 8.15 - 5.15pm (60 min lunch break)

Rate of Pay: Up to £15.00 per hour depending on experience.

Pension provision

  • Qualifications Knowledge: In Pharmacy, Pharmacy Practice, and the ability to manage Prescription services
  • Experience: Experience and expertise as a Pharmacy Assistant or higher in pharmacy‑related roles
  • Skills: Proven leadership and team management skills within a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting
  • Communication: Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Managerial Experience: Prior experience in a managerial role is an advantage
