What You Will Do

The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling aluminum and steel heat exchangers.

Responsibilities

  • Degreasing Components
  • Assembly of matrix components
  • Running Heat Treatment Ovens
  • Running Drop Quench Ovens
  • TPM
  • EH&S
  • Work on shifts (AM/PM/Nights) when required
  • Be trained in all necessary disciplines of all matrix manufacturing operations including heat transfer matrix build and EH&S

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Good level of numeracy and literacy
  • Manufacturing industry experience is advantageous
  • Working to high level of accuracy
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexible and adaptable to work shifts when required
  • Commitment to continuous improvement
  • Possesses the necessary enthusiasm, drive and desire to succeed and discipline to achieve significant results for the organisation
