What You Will Do
The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling aluminum and steel heat exchangers.
Responsibilities
- Degreasing Components
- Assembly of matrix components
- Running Heat Treatment Ovens
- Running Drop Quench Ovens
- TPM
- EH&S
- Work on shifts (AM/PM/Nights) when required
- Be trained in all necessary disciplines of all matrix manufacturing operations including heat transfer matrix build and EH&S
Qualifications We Prefer
- Good level of numeracy and literacy
- Manufacturing industry experience is advantageous
- Working to high level of accuracy
- Attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable to work shifts when required
- Commitment to continuous improvement
- Possesses the necessary enthusiasm, drive and desire to succeed and discipline to achieve significant results for the organisation
