RTX is seeking a Programme Manager for a hybrid role based in Winnersh, UK, with up to 50% travel, primarily to the UAE. You will direct all programme phases from inception through completion, interfacing with customers on specifications, managing contracts, cost, schedule and performance of company programmes or subsystems of major programmes.
You will lead local and remote teams, coordinate proposals and changes, manage governance gates, and drive execution through IPTs and CAMs to meet annual objectives.
