Role & Responsibilities
The Training Analyst role is responsible to the Senior Training Analyst, to analyse documentation and data from technical systems to deliver compliant training needs evaluations for the compilation of training solution(s) to meet the Authority’s training requirements.
- Work as a member of a team responsible for the analysis of training requirements and production of DSAT Documentation for military training sites and organisations.
- Analysing, capturing and articulating training needs arising from new or changing requirements.
- Inform on the optimum training solution(s) to meet the Authority’s training requirements, balancing time, cost and quality, and define the training solution at the appropriate level of detail to enable Training Design to commence.
- Conduct DSAT Element 1 (Analysis) to produce and or update the required outputs as laid out in JSP 822 Defence Guidance for Training and Education.
- Conduct DSAT Design Stage 1 to produce and or update the required outputs as laid out in JSP 822 Defence Guidance for Training and Education.
- Requesting and reviewing existing training documentation as required.
- Interviewing subject matter experts to collate required data.
- Participating in internal workshops to discuss and agree findings from analysis and write reports on the findings of the analysis.
- Be responsible for championing and fostering a culture of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance and continuous improvement.
