Property Adjuster - Solent

As a Domestic Loss Adjuster you will manage a caseload of domestic property damage claims throughout the Solent area.

Your day will involve visiting claimants' homes, coordinating contractor visits, negotiating settlements and compiling detailed reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and manage domestic property damage claims.
  • Visit claimants' properties and coordinate contractor inspections.
  • Negotiate fair settlements with policyholders, insurers and contractors.
  • Prepare comprehensive claim reports.
  • Plan and manage your own week to meet deadlines and handle multiple claims simultaneously.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • A full UK driving licence and ability to travel by car.
  • Basic understanding of home insurance policies and domestic property risk.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem solving and time management abilities.
  • Detail oriented and self motivated.

  • Experience with Apple software or other tablet devices.
