This role is ideal for professionals with proven field experience, particularly those who have handled High Net Worth (HNW) claims.
Our HNW clients typically reside in luxury homes and own high-value contents and valuables, so the claims we manage are complex, nuanced, and varied.
You will be responsible for managing intricate claims, liaising with discerning clients, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities

- Thinking critically, communicating effectively, and adapting quickly to changing circumstances.
- Supporting a collaborative team that values integrity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Experience
- A full UK Driving Licence – essential for travel by car.
- Demonstrable experience of handling complex and major losses in excess of £100,000 on a chargeable time basis, or a keen desire to progress to this level.
- Dip CILA/ACILA status (or working towards this qualification).
- Excellent communication skills – speak with and write to policyholders, insurers, contractors, explain complex details clearly, and negotiate fair settlements.
- Experience with high net worth claims and luxury homes is highly valued.

- Use of Apple software such as i Pads, or other tablets.
