As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in enabling fast, secure delivery and accelerating our ability to analyse and respond to emerging threats.

Key responsibilities
- Facilitate key Scrum events and regular team health checks
- Promote, encourage and embed Agile principles within the team and organisation
- Bring those more resistant to Agile ways of working along the journey towards true Agility and embrace their feedback
- Ensure value‑driven delivery, defining value within your team’s context and coaching them in how to break work down to achieve the most value
- Proactively identify and remove impediments – thinking outside the box welcomed
- Help teams to mature in their Agile practices
- Empower the team to problem solve
- Support negotiation and conflict resolution
- Foster positive and collaborative relationships across teams and organisations
- Support the Product Owner with backlog prioritisation, creation of product goals and vision
- Coaching advocate, supporting both Scrum teams and the wider organisation in adopting Agile practices
- Champion best practices and continually seek ways to improve the team, delivery and self
Qualifications
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to guide teams through complex challenges
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)
- Knowledge and demonstrable application of Agile fundamentals
- Ability to influence without authority
- Scrum certification (e. g., CSM, PSM)
- Keenness to learn, collaborate, and share best practices across the business and customers through our active Communities of Practices
- Appreciation of latest technology trends and desire to explore software development models
- Ability to effectively manage stakeholders and build relationships
- Passionate about embracing and encouraging continuous improvement and innovation
