Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the HR Operations team on analytical tasks to support Communities of Expertise (COE) including Talent Management, Total Reward, Employee Relations, and Business Partner teams.
  • Collaborate with Global People Services to inform and monitor data quality and integrity across all HR data sources.
  • Use advanced analytic tools for reporting, including formatting tools, formulas, pivot tables and macros.
  • Triangulate workforce intelligence from multiple systems to identify potential workforce efficiencies.
  • Provide data analysis for trend identification/forecasting and present narratives and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Own HR reporting requirements: employee data, headcount reporting, HR KPIs, self‑service dashboards, compensation & benefit reporting, benchmarking analytics, diversity reporting, organisational structures, and workforce planning.
  • Create benchmarking data and provide intelligence, research, and insights for ongoing market, competitor and trend data gathering.
  • Represent the HR Operations team on business projects and programmes and provide expertise and recommendations.
  • Required Experience
  • Experienced analyst with data analysis and trend forecasting, able to create appropriate narrative and recommendations.
  • Ability to create benchmark data and undertake research.
  • Run analytics and reports from HR Information Systems, identify disparities, and resolve them.
  • Work closely with payroll teams to maintain data accuracy.
  • Experience using Workday and HR Information Systems.
  • Advanced or Intermediate Microsoft Office 365 skills.
  • Previous experience in an HR team working with metrics, reporting, operations, processing visas, HR processes, data and HR systems.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience with Power BI.
