Sedgwick in Leeds, UK is seeking a Specialty Credit Control Team Leader to support our growing Specialty division, including Aviation, and help shape a first‑class credit control function within the Finance team.

You will lead seven Credit Controllers, oversee premium and fee debt collection, ensure timely settlements and accurate cash allocation, maintain strong relationships with brokers, underwriters and internal stakeholders, and drive process improvements.
