We're rethinking how we work, how we make decisions, and how modern product teams use technology to deliver better outcomes. This is an opportunity to help shape the future of our digital experience. While you'll initially join our eCommerce team, you'll have opportunities to influence initiatives across the wider business as we expand into new markets across Europe and South Africa. We're looking for someone who enjoys operating across the full product lifecycle. One week you might be uncovering new customer opportunities through research and discovery; the next you'll be improving complex user journeys through experimentation, A/B testing and iterative optimisation. You'll help define not only what we build, but how we build it.

What you’ll do:

  • Shape Product Direction
    • Partner with Product Managers to identify opportunities and define future product investments
    • Help teams move from assumptions to evidence-based decisions
    • Bring strategic thinking to complex business and customer problems
    • Contribute to product vision, roadmap discussions, and long-term planning
  • Champion Customer Centred Design
    • Build strong connections with customers through interviews, observation, testing, and research
    • Translate customer insights into opportunities, priorities, and product decisions
    • Advocate for customer needs while balancing commercial objectives
  • Explore New Opportunities
    • Contribute to initiatives supporting growth in Europe, South Africa, and other future markets
    • Explore new experiences, services, and business models that can create value for customers
  • Drive Innovation & New Ways of Working
    • Help define how AI and emerging technologies can improve both customer experiences and internal product development processes
    • Experiment with new approaches to discovery, design, prototyping, and validation
    • Bring fresh ideas and challenge existing assumptions
  • Deliver Great Design
    • Create thoughtful, intuitive user experiences grounded in customer insight
    • Produce high-quality design work with strong attention to detail
    • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Operational teams to bring ideas to life

What we're looking for
