Our purpose: create Inspiring Connections. We're looking for a Research Analyst to join our London Research team for a 6-month internship starting January 2026. What you'll do Identify prospective candidates through company research, industry sources, prior searches, and our internal database Maintain and enrich our proprietary database with accurate, well-codified candidate information Prepare progress, status, and market feedback reports for Consultants and Clients Keep the team updated on your research progress What we're looking for Currently pursuing a Master's (MSc/M2) from a top business school or university, with a strong interest in business, consulting, or finance Sharp research and analytical skills; comfortable working across multiple sources and channels Confident, mature judgment and a proactive, self-starting mindset Able to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines Tech-savvy and organised, with strong attention to detail Fluent English required; French is a plus You are Curious, discreet, resilient, and driven by results. You listen well, think beyond the obvious, and thrive in a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
