All of our Partner roles require interested parties to be:

  • UK Qualified
  • Working or have recently worked for an established Private Practice Firm, ideally in the UK
  • Have at least some track record of having introduced work to their Firm, be it through clients or referrers

We are currently representing 2 Leading UK Firms who are seeking experienced Property Litigation Partners to join their London offices in order to supplement the wider property litigation teams. Our first client will consider introducing a senior non-Partner straight into the Partnership provided they have started to grow a practice and have a track record of previous work introductions to their current Firm.

The successful applicant will be UK qualified and will have worked on a range of sophisticated matters for high-end clients. The property litigation team sits within the greater Real Estate team of the Firm, a close-knit and cohesive group where the litigators are one of the highest-billing teams across all departments.

With an extremely active caseload and a surfeit of work needing to be serviced for their own clients, there is less of a requirement for anyone joining to bring a full book of business although anyone with a significant level of qualification/years of partnership will be expected to have built up at least some client-base over that time.

This role is open to individuals who are UK qualified and who have previously worked at a well-regarded City, West End or Regional Firm and who are looking to take the next step in their career.

Meanwhile, a large regional Firm which currently has a flourishing Property Litigation team outside of London is looking to replicate that success in their London office and is looking for a ready-made Partner to work with their busy London-based Commercial Property Partners.
