All of our Partner roles require interested parties to be:
- UK Qualified
- Working or have recently worked for an established Private Practice Firm, ideally in the UK
- Have at least some track record of having introduced work to their Firm, be it through clients or referrers
We are currently seeking Partners for the following opportunities throughout London (City, mid-town, West End). All our clients are 'Lawyer Top 200' Firms. Interested parties should be:
- UK Qualified with no visa requirements
- Currently working within private practice for a reputable Firm
Commercial Real Estate (5 roles)
- One for junior Partner
- Three for experienced Partners
- One Firm seeking a small team
Experience sought includes acquisitions, disposals, development, institutional investors, corporate real estate, landlord & tenant. Sectors include corporate occupiers, major developments, hotels, care homes, energy real estate. Firms range from multinational to national to West End.
Corporate (6 Roles)
- Two leading West End Firms (one offering a leadership role)
- One large National looking for an individual or team
- Three large international Firms
Relevant practices include M&A, Private Equity, Corporate Commercial, Capital Markets.
Employment (4 roles)
- All are Partner roles
- One Contentious for large international Firm
- One junior Partner (predominantly non-contentious) for a leading West End Firm (less following needed)
- One for potential head of team at a strong Mid/Town Firm
All require pedigree from other leading Firms. All are defendant rather than claimant led.
Contentious Insolvency & Restructuring (3 roles)
- One leading International Firm
- One large National Firm
- One Mid-Town firm
Individuals or teams. Relationships with corporates, SMEs, HNW's and particularly major IP's.
