Our client, a leading Central London firm is seeking a Seniornon-contentious or mixed construction lawyer to join theirflourishing real estate and construction team. The role would suit a Senior Associate, Legal Director, Counsel or Managing Associatewith a strong track record in non-contentious construction work who is comfortable leading on major matters and supervising others. The role requires familiarity with the standard forms of construction documentation, including JCT, NEC and FIDIC suites, as well as experience drafting and negotiating appointments, collateral warranties, bonds and guarantees.
The team advises developers, funds, contractors and institutional clients, giving associates exposure to sophisticated, career-enhancing work. The firm rewards performance generously, and bonuses can be exceptionally high - in some cases reaching £55,000, reflecting both individual contribution and the team's strong financial performance.
Suitable candidates will be UK qualified, have no sponsorship requirements and will have gained experience at another leading Firm.
