So busy is the Employment team in this fast-growing and dynamic central London Firm that they have asked us to find them THREE Employment Law Associates, two at the mid-level - 2-5 PQE - (one being a maternity cover) and one Senior Associate. A hybrid working arrangement is offered but successful candidates will be used to advising employers and senior executives across the full spectrum of Employment law, both contentious and non-contentious and to include TUPE work.
Experience needed includes:
- Advising on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary and grievance processes, discrimination and whistleblowing, senior exits, redundancies, restructurings, settlement agreements and day‐to‐day HR issues
- Undertaking due diligence and drafting LDD reports, warranties and indemnities and advising on TUPE
- Managing Employment Tribunal claims from initial stages through to final hearing, including drafting pleadings and witness statements, disclosure exercises, conducting preliminary hearings and judicial mediations
- Experience of restrictive covenant disputes and County Court discrimination claims is desirable.
All applicants must be UK Qualified, currently or recently have been working in private practice for an established UK Firm and have no visa restrictions.
