For a Partner, this opportunity offers a potential full-equity entry level as well as the possibility of taking on leadership of the department in the near future. For a non-Partner, this offers immediate Partner level entry. The Real Estate Practice
The firm’s real estate team is one of the most prominent departments within the firm and handles a wide spectrum of property work, including:

This opportunity is suited for:
- A Commercial Property Partner looking for a firm with a collaborative, strategic and progressive environment – and a platform to lead and grow; for the right candidate, there is potential to step straight into full equity.
- A Senior Associate or Legal Director with a following or client base who is ready for the step into partnership, with immediate consideration available.
The incoming individual will be UK Qualified with a pedigree of having recently worked at a leading International, National, Regional or Central London Firm. They will become:
- Integrated with the firm’s key clients;
- Given full support to build and grow their practice;
- Encouraged to take a leadership role within the department.
The suitable applicants will currently be Partners or senior non‑Partners working in commercial property, ideally with broad experience across development, investment, and landlord & tenant work. A modest client following or active work stream, and a track record of winning, developing and retaining clients is a pre‑requisite together with the confidence to manage major projects and relationships. Experience acting opposite or alongside leading City or West End firms will be highly valued.
