This is a genuine role, has not been discussed with any other agency and is live and ready to be filled.
Our client, a burgeoning Firm with a fantastic brand has a small-ish but incredibly busy Employment team albeit with a gap at Senior non-Partner and junior Partner level which keenly needs to be filled. The team is led by a highly decorated Partner with many years of experience gained in leading Firms and with a sizeable and healthy practice .
This individual is so busy with their own seven-figure practice, that they have not been able to sufficiently mine all of the existing and new clients of the Firm for their Employment work and as such there is a significant opportunity for someone to step into a considerable work load from day one and to take these relationships on as their own.
Any existing senior NON-Partner who is able to port a few clients of their own will be considered for immediate Partnership, any with less or no movable clients will be in line for Partnership at the end of their first, maximum second year at the Firm.
Our client would not rule out the possibility of bringing two individuals in although interested parties need to be UK qualified, currently living and working in the UK and either currently or previously having worked for another leading UK or International Firm.
The team currently has sufficient junior support, offers a flexible working environment as well as competitive pay (obviously starting at 6-figures and upwards).
