We are a Partner led legal recruitment agency focussing on lateral hires into private practice within London. Our contacts within our client firms are senior lawyers, Heads of Department, Managing Partners and CEO's. We also work with senior non-Partners (Of Counsel / Director / Managing Associates), who have started to nurture their own clients and who are seeking Partnership.
2026 has started in very busy fashion and we have multiple instructions from our client-base (all Lawyer Top 200 firms) including in the 5 areas above:
- Planning - Senior Associate or Junior Partner to replace a departing lawyer in a Real Estate boutique
- Corporate - Strong Mid/Upper Mid market Firm succession planning and keen to bolster at the junior-mid Partner level
- Real Estate Finance - Partner needing only half a practice as Firm has work to cross refer
- Banking - Extremely strong Finance Firm on multiple lender panels (not main retail / clearing banks) looking for Partner with some of their own Challenger
