We are delighted to be assisting an established, forward-thinking Central London law firm that is seeking to appoint a talented and ambitious contentious insolvency specialist to join its thriving team. This is an exceptional opportunity for either a Junior Partner or a Senior Associate (or equivalent) who is ready to take the next step into partnership within a dynamic, growing practice and who has started to feed work of their own into their current firm.
For this role, our client will also consider individuals with a smaller practice / half a practice as they have work of their own that they can feed to the incumbent. The firm has a well-established reputation in the market for its high-quality insolvency and restructuring work, acting for both insolvency practitioners and distressed companies across a wide range of complex and often high-profile matters.
You will have strong existing relationships with IPs and a solid track record of handling contentious insolvency and reorganisations work. Candidates should be confident in managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and contributing to the firm's continued success story. They would also consider a team move.
