We are currently assisting 3 Firms who are looking to grow their Employment Law teams at Partner level due to very busy workloads at present.
The First of these Firms would also consider senior non-Partners who might be able to move with a small book of business (ie have clients who have generated min £100k-£150k for their current Firm in the last year) and who seek Jr Partnership entry as this client has a significant amount of employment work of their own to handover to make up the shortfall. They have a newer employment group and smaller team having brought in the dynamic Head relatively recently, but are avidly looking to grow.
The second Firm is a dynamic and entrepreneurial Central London Firm where the client base largely comprises HNW domestic and foreign individuals as well as family offices and SMEs. This Firm uses both the fee sharing and the traditional model for their Partners.
The third opportunity is for a large City / International Firm who have strategically decided to bolster strength in this practice area from 2026. Individuals interested in this Firm are more likely to have represented and have relationships with larger international Corporates and have a more robust following.
