This is a rare opportunity to work within a progressive, well-resourced practice that advises household-name clients across sectors including technology, finance, life sciences, and energy.
You’ll be joining a collaborative and commercially astute multi-Partner team that handles a broad spectrum of employment matters. The work is evenly split between contentious and non-contentious, including:
- Corporate support on high-value M&A and restructuring deals
- Advising on executive terminations, TUPE, and workplace investigations
- Employment litigation inEmployment Tribunals and the High Court
- Strategic advisory work for multinational clients navigating complex regulatory landscapes
Our client is looking for candidates who areat senior associate level or equivalent and who have been or are working at a well-regarded City firm. The individual needs to be UK or dual+ qualified and have been working in the City in recent times. They are looking for someone with excellent drafting skills and a commercial awareness.
