One of our major clients is keenly seeking highly motivated and talented disputes lawyers at junior, senior associate and particularly Partner level to join a growing and dynamic disputes practice with an established reputation in class action and group litigation work. The role sits within a broader dispute resolution team that is well-regarded for both commercial litigation and claimant-side collective proceedings, and the successful candidates will contribute to and help drive forward an area of focus that is of strategic importance and growth for the firm.
This team has previously acted for claimants in some of the most significant collective actions in the UK, advising groups of shareholders, investors and consumers across a wide range of sectors and issues. Whilst they are looking at all levels, for Partners this will include a proven track record of leading contentious matters and the ability to contribute to business development and client growth; such individuals will ideally arrive with clients and referrers of their own.
Lawyers at this firm advise on the full life cycle of collective proceedings from inception and case preparation through to settlement and enforcement. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of work including competition, mass tort and civil fraud group actions as well as investor and consumer collective claims, and to help shape the future direction of the practice as it continues to expand its market presence.
To apply, please submit your CV to julian@segalplacemetns.com outlining your relevant experience and interest in collective/group litigation. Candidates should be UK qualified and have previously worked within other reputable law firms.
