Our client, a leading Central London firm is seeking two non‑contentious construction lawyers to join their flourishing real estate and construction team. The firm is well known for its strong client base, a genuinely collaborative culture, and what partners often describe as a happy ship. These roles offer the chance to work on high‑quality development and infrastructure matters while enjoying a supportive environment and excellent long‑term prospects.
The first position is aimed at a junior construction lawyer, someone with early post‑qualification experience who is ready to take on more responsibility and develop quickly. The second is for a senior associate, suited to a lawyer with a strong track record in non‑contentious construction work who is comfortable leading on major matters and supervising others.
Both roles require familiarity with the standard forms of construction documentation, including JCT, NEC and FIDIC suites, as well as experience drafting and negotiating appointments, collateral warranties, bonds and guarantees. The team advises developers, funds, contractors and institutional clients, giving associates exposure to sophisticated, career‑enhancing work.
The firm rewards performance generously, and bonuses can be exceptionally high — in some cases reaching £55,000, reflecting both individual contribution and the team’s strong financial performance. Suitable candidates will be UK qualified, have no sponsorship requirements and will have gained experience at another leading firm.
