All of our Partner roles require interested parties to be:
- UK Qualified
- Working or have recently worked for an established Private Practice Firm, ideally in the UK
- Have at least some track record of having introduced work to their Firm, be it through clients or referrers
We are a Partner focused Recruitment Agency placing into the London private practice market and are currently representing a range of Firms on the following roles:
- Private Client / Private Wealth (4 roles): Two for premium HNW Firms (non-City), a third to take over a practice from the outgoing Head, and the final one to set up a Private Wealth team and to tap into a pre-existing Firm client base. Individuals need to have represented premium (HNW) clients and we have further roles specifically for contentious trusts specialists.
- Property Litigation (3 roles): Including leading City Firm with a strong Real Estate leaning practice, National Firm with a smaller offering in London, and West End Firm with their own client base to tap into.
- Construction (4 roles): Non Contentious Junior Partner for strong West End Firm, Contentious or Non Contentious Partners for 2 Large City/International Firms, Contentious and Non Contentious for London office of Leading National Firm.
- Commercial Litigation (4 roles): Including Mid/Town Firm with a litigation background, City Firm (strong following needed, replacing departing team), Mayfair/West End Firm who have a very busy desk. Including general commercial litigation, contentious insolvency, shareholder disputes, fraud/WCC, property litigation, IP Litigations generalist practice.
