We are currently assisting a prestigious, multi-officed London Law Firm who are looking to recruit into their flagship Central London HQ and into their Corporate Team. This Firm is directory ranked in certain practices albeit has a slightly smaller Corporate Commercial team that is headed by a dynamic and commercially minded Head.
Such is the busy nature of this team that they are looking for an understudy to the Head, an individual who needs no hand-holding when receiving instructions from the Firm's Clients, is adept at assisting and mentoring more junior members of the team and who can 'take up some of the slack' from the Firm's active roster of clients needing advice in Corporate and Commercial matters.
As a result of this cross referral of work, the incoming individual, either a current Partner or a senior non-Partner who is seeking Partnership and has a minimum of a £100,000 following of his or her own, need not bring a full caseload of their own. They will, however, need to be of strong pedigree (previously have worked for a leading Firm in the UK), currently be working in private practice and be UK qualified with no visa restrictions.
