We are working with a highly regarded, central London law firm who are seeking a bright and ambitious junior Residential Property Associate to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a 2–3 PQE solicitor looking to cement their career at the heart of London’s prime residential market.

Working alongside a Partner with a stellar reputation in the market, this newly created position offers hands-on exposure to high-value residential transactions, with a strong emphasis on client-facing responsibility and business development. The work is fast-paced, rewarding, and focussed on the Prime London Real Estate market.

Our client is looking for the following attributes:

  • 2–3 years\’ post-qualification experience in residential property law

  • A training contract completed at a well-respected law firm

  • Previous seats in Residential Property are essential; exposure to Private Client work is advantageous

  • A strong understanding of the prime Central London market, with existing contacts among agents and referrers considered a significant advantage

  • A working knowledge of enfranchisement is preferred but not essential

  • Excellent communication skills, commercial awareness, and a proactive mindset

NB this role is only open to individuals who are UK Qualified and who undertook their Training Contract with a leading Firm in the UK. This role is open to candidates who currently reside in the UK and who are permitted to work here
