- Build structured feedback pipelines that collect insights across owned channels, surveys, social listening, and broader online touchpoints, translating them into actionable reports for design and development teams.
- Establish clear goals and monitor KPIs around engagement, retention, sentiment and community health to inform strategic decisions.
- Partner with design, production and QA to facilitate player testing programmes that help inform game improvements.
- Partner closely with the Social Media team to ensure cohesive messaging across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with development, marketing and player support teams to ensure key updates, patches and news are clearly communicated.
- Advise internal teams on community sentiment, trends and opportunities for proactive engagement.
- Audit and optimise community channels (e.g. Forum) to improve accessibility, engagement and moderation quality.
- Plan and execute both in-person and online community events.
