You will own the production strategy across an annual, multi-SKU release model, balancing ambition with delivery realities and guiding a large, multi-layered team to predictable, high-quality outcomes. You will report to the Development Director and work closely with Technology, Design, Art & Animation, and SEGA Development Services to strengthen planning.
