Role Summary:

The Licensing Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the VP of Licensing, Licensing Executive and studio licensing team, helping to ensure that licensing processes, approvals and reporting activities run smoothly and on time. The role focuses on coordination, documentation and workflow support, working closely with internal studios, publishing and marketing teams, as well as external licensors. This is a junior, assistant-level position suitable for someone early in their career who is keen to develop experience in licensing operations within the games industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across licensing activities and licensor relationships.
  • Support the assets and approvals workflow, ensuring feedback, statuses and deadlines are logged and communicated clearly.
  • Maintain and update licensing trackers, approval logs and asset management systems.
  • Support reporting activities and status summaries.
  • Assist with tracking licensor fees, royalty information and invoice processing.
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support as required.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with guidance.
