Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer
As a Desktop Support Engineer at SEGA Europe Ltd, based in our vibrant West London office, you will be the first point of technical assistance for our team. Your role is crucial in ensuring employees have the tools and support needed to work efficiently. Your goal is to deliver an exceptional user experience by resolving technical issues promptly, maintaining smooth IT operations, and providing top-tier support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to incidents and service requests promptly.
- Provide technical support via email, Microsoft Teams, the service desk platform, and in person.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including user accounts and hardware deployment or recovery.
- Maintain user devices, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Create and update IT documentation in Atlassian Confluence.
- Support O365, Microsoft Entra, and other SaaS applications, and install and maintain hardware and software.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience with Windows OS troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Proficiency with macOS support practices.
- Experience with physical IT support and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 suite including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange.
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent knowledge.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune.
- Knowledge of Jamf for macOS support.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Room Systems.
- TIL Foundation certification.
