REPORTING TO: Programme Manager
Position Overview
The HR Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in coordinating key HR Projects through the full lifecycle; from initiation to close. The role will support the Programme Manager to track project progress to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope & within budget. This role will play a vital part in our ongoing change management journey, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver positive and impactful change across our Head Office and studios. Sitting in our HR team, you’ll be agile in your approach to projects, tailoring solutions to the multifaceted nature of SEGA. Strong storytelling skills are key as you’ll communicate at all levels of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the definition of project scope, deliverables and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring the project remains feasible
- Coordinate internal resources (and external vendors when required) for the flawless execution of projects
- Implement a detailed project plan, including key milestones and resource allocation
- Coordinate the full delivery lifecycle, from project initiation to project close
- Ensure the project(s) is/are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Develop and measure project performance statistics using appropriate tools and techniques
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Support with change management, coordinating the change analysis sessions with key stakeholders and being the key liaison between Internal Communications & Learning and Development
- Provide the Programme Manager with regular updates on project progress, or escalating critical risks/ issues
- Support with continuous improvement activity, utilising lessons learned activity to improve project tasks/ communication & conducting post project evaluations
- Ensuring projects are recorded with regular updates, follow up notes and action items
- Ensuring project documentation is available and up to date
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Used/ Familiar with Project Management Methodologies
- Organised and pro-active
- Understanding of HR Processes
- Strong Communication Skills
- Smartsheet or similar Project Management tool experience
- Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to story tell
- Uses experience to problem solve/resolve issues before they arise proactively working with other departments
- Comfortable with working independently
- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders
