The Role

This is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in games development through our Graduate Placement Programme, based at our Horsham studio in West Sussex with our Co-Development team.

As a member of the Co-Development team, you will support collaborative projects between Creative Assembly and external development partners, supporting the day-to-day administration, coordination, and organisation of co-development engagements.

You will work closely with the Co-Development Leadership and internal teams to learn how projects are managed, while assisting with tasks such as raising purchase orders, checking invoices, and helping to onboard external teams and hardware.

This placement offers the chance to build experience in production support, partner coordination, and studio operations, while contributing to the successful delivery of joint development work.

This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week on-site at our Horsham studio. We reserve the right to adjust hybrid working arrangements in line with business needs.

  • What you’ll be doing
  • Co-ordinate the onboarding and preparation of hardware, software, and access for the external team.
  • Work with Co-Development Leadership to ensure work is delivered on time and meets agreed quality standards.
  • Work with the Co-Development Leadership to ensure co-development work is delivered on time and meets quality standards as defined by the internal development team.
  • Monitor delivery dates and key production milestones using dedicated trackers.
  • Submit IT hardware, software, and access requests through the internal contractor portal.
  • Raise purchase orders (POs) for each engagement.
  • Administer new vendor setups with partners and the CA/Sega team.
  • Process receipts for purchase orders (POs) relating to delivered work or contracted resource time.
  • Amend raised PO lines for deliverable changes or incorrect receipted values due to occurrences such as sickness or holidays.
  • Update PO records to reflect any changes in deliverables or discrepancies (e. g. absences or schedule changes)
  • Ensure submitted invoices are accurate and address any issues or concerns with external partners and Sega Finance team.
  • What we are looking for

Essential

  • Recently graduated - degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with confidence in asking questions and seeking support when needed
  • Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage tasks, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with different teams
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to learn from others as part of a team
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office tools Outlook, Excel, Power Point, and Word

Desirable

  • Gaming Degree/qualification
  • An interest in project coordination, production support, or working with external development partners
  • An interest in games development and an understanding of how creative or production teams work together
