The Licensing Manager will manage the regional outbound licensing of SEGA\’s IPs, including Sonic the Hedgehog, for a selection category within the Softlines Portfolio (Apparel, Accessories, Home & other relevant consumer product categories).
This is a key role within the licensing team that hold responsibility for helping to shape the licensing strategy for a major global entertainment business and is tasked with planning and executing on aggressive commercial targets.

Drive and deliver assigned category revenues growth to support the SEGA Europe annual business plan
Manage the related categories inclusive of licensees
