We are seeking a talented and motivated creative professional to join our team in a permanent role, supporting the Senior Designers with their creative assets and working closely with the Director of Creative Services, Head of Brand Design, and Global Project Manager. This position plays a key role in delivering high quality creative output as part of a fast paced design and artwork team responsible for SEGA's award winning titles.

The successful candidate will be confident, passionate about design, and comfortable working within a busy, collaborative environment. You will contribute to a wide variety of projects, partnering with multiple stakeholders across the organisation, and balancing creative excellence with commercial and brand objectives. A strong commitment to delivering best in class results, combined with a collaborative mindset and openness to new ideas, is essential.

With proven experience in creative artworking, entertainment packaging, and digital creative production, you will develop and deliver end to end campaign creative that aligns with both Studio and Marketing expectations. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on high profile projects while working within an experienced and supportive creative team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Senior Designers in an artworking role to help deliver high‐quality creative assets across a range of projects
  • Contribute to the creative output of the design and artworking team across digital, print, and packaging deliverables
  • Design and develop end‐to‐end campaign creative aligned to brand, Studio, and Marketing requirements/briefs
  • Adapt and artwork creative assets for multiple formats, platforms, and territories – produce artwork & localised assets to aid campaign roll out across Europe and for smaller scale projects
  • Designing & artworking of game packaging with extensive experience using templates (print & digital)
  • Ensure all creative work meets brand guidelines, technical specifications, and quality standards
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, production, and project management teams
  • Manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively within a fast‐paced environment
  • Maintain a proactive, solutions‐focused approach and contribute ideas to improve creative processes and outcomes
  • Keeping up to date with current design trends and software
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in creative artworking and design within a gaming, entertainment, media, or agency environment
  • Highly competent in using latest Adobe Creative Cloud software – Illustrator, Indesign & Photoshop
  • Strong level of packaging/localisation experience, ideally in a global organisation with high level of experience working with templates
  • Strong understanding of end‐to‐end campaign creative development
  • Be educated to degree level or an equivalent qualification in design and/or have an outstanding creative portfolio demonstrating experience across a range of creative disciplines.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent time management, organisational, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
