As a Commercial Administrator within our Digital Sales team, you will own the day-to-day administration of the digital business on Steam and other digital platforms. The successful candidate will need to be familiar with how all digital platforms operate, have a good level of commercial acumen and very keen attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Support digital sales with administrative tasks and general operations to help reach product and corporate objectives.
- Help the team track the status of wider digital market and competitors.
- Support the collation of key sales data and share with internal stakeholders.
- Supply new release information to 3rd party retailers and support Senior Business Managers in checking set-ups.
- Conduct launch checks on new releases and promotions and work with Senior Business Managers to identify any specific issues.
- Work with the Promotions Manager and Pricing Manager to support inputting/set-up of promotions and pricing into 1st party portal systems.
- Work closely with Operations/Central Marketing to provide information as required and collaborate on joint objectives.
- Work closely with global retail teams to maximise synergies between sales channels.
- Continually report and feedback conditions of marketplace and competitor developments to Digital Sales and wider stakeholders.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Demonstrable experience within the entertainment business, ideally within a commercial environment.
- Strong Excel skills with a focus on data accuracy.
- Interest in gaming strongly desirable.
