The Role

Creative Assembly is looking for an Art Producer to join the team, working on a sequel to Alien: Isolation. This role will be based at our headquarter in Horsham, in the heart of West Sussex. In this role, you will work closely with the Art Director and cross-discipline partners to support the planning, tracking, and delivery of art assets across the project. You’ll help maintain healthy art pipelines, ensure clear visibility of progress and risks, and support external partners in delivering high-quality assets aligned with project goals.

What you’ll be doing

  • Support art asset production by maintaining tracking tools and Jira backlogs, and coordinating with support disciplines to ensure assets meet technical and quality requirements.
  • Work closely with the Art Director to help plan, scope, prioritize, and track art asset needs across the project.
  • Identify blockers, risks, and dependencies early, supporting timely escalation and resolution.
  • Coordinate with external partners, including sharing briefs, tracking delivery schedules, and consolidating feedback.
  • Organize and support regular review sessions, ensuring feedback is captured, followed up, and reflected in tracking tools.
  • Own and maintain art asset tracking and databases, ensuring work-in-progress and approved content are accurately represented.
  • Maintain clear communication and documentation across Jira, Confluence, and Miro to ensure visibility across disciplines.

What we are looking for

  • Practical experience reviewing visual content such as environment, prop, or weapon assets.
  • A solid understanding of core visual design principles, including composition, lighting, and colour.
  • Experience coordinating with external partners or co-development teams.
  • Translate Art Director feedback into actionable tasks to ensure creative consistency across all relevant teams.
  • Demonstrable project or production management experience.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • A positive, team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
  • Motivation to learn new tools, workflows, and production practices.
  • Experience with production tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Perforce.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with asset tracking or review tools such as Shotgun, Syncsketch, or equivalent.
  • A passion for games and collaborative creative development.
