We’re excited to be recruiting an Operations Coordinator to join our Operations team within our GPO department. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the Operations team, with a strong emphasis on Digital Operations, by owning the first-party metadata submission process from start to finish. You will develop expert knowledge of the relevant systems and procedures, including but not limited to Sony, Nintendo, Microsoft, Epic, and Steam. You will maintain communication with cross-functional teams to gather the necessary information and assets as they become available and execute submissions accordingly. Additionally, you will manage submission timelines to support the needs of the teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, and complete submission of assets and metadata to 1st parties through their respective systems.
  • Create schedules specific to each title and platform that align with Brand plans as defined by the product marketing and comms teams.
  • Regularly communicate with cross-functional teams about schedule and status.
  • Effectively communicate and follow-up with all involved stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Supply cross-function teams with feedback from 1st parties, and create a clear plan for response, revisions, and resubmissions.
  • Coordinate with global teams to ensure plans and schedules are followed as defined by overall Brand strategy.
  • Provide regular updates to team leaders.
  • Identify when escalations are required and accurately update management.
  • Support packaged operations team in a back-up role as needed.
  • Support with Alaska key management system, processing key requests, deactivation of keys and any support queries as well as helping with onboarding workflow and internal training.
  • Support regular key audit and security processes.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated history of working efficiently and meticulously within a strict and complex system.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience working with Nintendo, Microsoft, Sony processes preferred.
  • Ability to proactively seek solutions and solve problems, as well as source accurate information from various internal and international departments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
