In 2018, our hard work came to fruition and Two Point Hospital was born into the world to much acclaim. After Hospital we had a dream of creating an entire world of these little people games within the place we call "Two Point County", and in 2022 our latest game Two Point Campus was released. With us being a part of the Sega family, and with the success of Two Point Hospital and Two Point Campus, we're now pushing forward with our next games to continue to make our "Two Point County" dream a reality! Life at Two Point Studios is exactly as we believe it should be: fun, flexible and super creative! Everyone in our lovely team gets stuck in. You've got some awesome ideas? You can bet we want to hear them! We're a second family here, we all look out for each other, and we love what we do, but we understand that your real family needs you too, so we aim to strike the perfect work life balance enabling you to have fun at the office and get home to your loved ones with time to spare.

While we are aiming for 5+ years of experience, we welcome exceptionally talented individuals with fewer years who can confidently take charge of our workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workflow Automation: Build, maintain, and support custom tools for the Art team using Python for Blender/Maya and C# for Unity editor extensions to streamline production.

- Shader & VFX Creation: Produce and maintain high-quality, optimal shaders that fit the game’s visual style.
- Pipeline Optimization: Help identifying workflow bottlenecks, optimize final art assets (models, textures, lighting), and keep the game running smoothly on target platforms.
- Documentation & Mentorship: Write clear, accessible documentation for tools and workflows, and mentor team members eager to expand their technical art skills.
- R&D: Keep a pulse on industry trends and actively research new technologies to improve our development capabilities.
Skills & Experience:
- Tool Development: Proven experience writing Python scripts for DCC tools (Blender/Maya) and C# tools/inspectors within Unity.
- Shader Expertise: Good knowledge of HLSL and node-based shader editing.
- Strong Documentation: Passion for (and history of) creating clean, readable technical documentation for non-technical artists.
- Collaboration: A proactive team player who communicates complex technical ideas simply and works seamlessly across disciplines.
- Industry Experience: 5+ years of game industry experience (or equivalent exceptional talent).
Not essential, but it helps if you have:
- Blender Geometry Nodes: Hands-on experience creating procedural content or tools using Blender's Geometry Nodes.
- Render Pipelines: Familiarity with Unity’s Universal Render Pipeline (URP).
- Console Development: Experience optimizing games for platforms like Xbox, PlayStation, or Nintendo Switch.
