The publishing team in London works closely with studios such as Sports Interactive, Two Point Studios, Hardlight and Creative Assembly to bring creative vision to life.

As a Producer in the SEGA of Europe (SOE) Product Development team, you will support our flagship studios and internal teams through full product lifecycles – from concept to launch and beyond. Your goal is to guide projects, ensuring they deliver quality experiences on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account‐manage relationships with internal and external development studios, maintaining strong ties with SOE Product Development.
  • Collaborate with each Pillar studio to define required support on a title‐by‐title, studio‐by‐studio basis.
  • Provide project development guidance to keep development time and costs credible.
  • Monitor projects to keep an up‐to‐date understanding of progress.
  • Report on development progress, manage risks and issues, and escalate as required.
  • Offer creative and executional guidance to improve product quality and innovation.
  • Work with Publishing Operations (IT, QA, Localisation, Age Ratings, First‐Party Platform Submissions) to support projects through development and launch.
  • Coordinate with SOE first‐party account managers to update and align on launch and post‐launch support.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales and PR to promote product strengths from pre‐production through the lifecycle, ensuring supporting assets are delivered on time.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Compliance on all licensing requirements throughout the product life cycle.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Multiple project‐cycle experience in game development with a proven track record of delivering titles to market.
  • Deep knowledge of PC and console game development.
  • Strong relationship‐building, collaboration, communication and problem‐solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple titles simultaneously.
  • Excellent account‐management and project‐management skills.
  • Understanding of franchise development and long‐term planning.
  • Excellent presentation skills, able to adapt to various audiences (executive management, publishing partners, press, consumers).
  • Solid financial and business acumen with commercial awareness.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Marketing, PR, competitor products and sales trends within the industry.
