Are you passionate about arcade games and Unity development? We're looking for a Junior Software Developer to join our growing game development team and help create commercial arcade games from concept to launch.
What You'll Do- Develop gameplay features using Unity and C#.
- Create game systems including scoring, timers, game loops, attract modes, and progression mechanics.
- Build user interfaces and gameplay flows.
- Debug and optimise games for commercial arcade environments.
- Work closely with designers, artists, and senior developers.
- Support testing, deployment, and release activities.
- 1+ years' experience with Unity and C#.
- Degree, HND, or equivalent experience in Software, Games, or Computer Science.
- Understanding of game development fundamentals including UI, input systems, state machines, audio, and physics.
- Experience with source control systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for games and technology.
- Perforce, Git, or Jira experience.
- C/C++ and Visual Studio knowledge.
- Arduino, ESP32, or embedded systems experience.
- Hardware integration or serial communication knowledge.
- Interest in arcade or location-based entertainment.
- Work on real commercial arcade machines.
