We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our Operations team, reporting to the Head of Operations.

The Role You'll be responsible for managing key customer accounts, leading regional operational teams and ensuring outstanding service delivery across the UK and overseas.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong operational, technical and customer management experience within the arcade or coin-operated amusement industry.

Key Responsibilities Manage and retain key customer accounts.

Lead Regional Account Managers and Service Supervisors.

Drive operational performance and service KPIs.

Monitor machine uptime and account performance.

Coordinate installations, relocations and equipment upgrades.
