As our business continues to grow, we are on the lookout for a Multi-Site Field Engineer based along the M8 corridor, covering Glasgow to Edinburgh. This exciting, field-based role is at the heart of our operations, ensuring our iconic coin-operated machines stay in top condition while delivering outstanding customer service.
Your Mission:
- Install, maintain, service, and remove our legendary SEGA Amusements and other 3rd party equipment.
- Perform basic network diagnostics.
- Carry out preventative maintenance, cleaning and PAT testing.
- Keep merchandise stocked on select machines.
- Ensure all machines are operating at peak performance to maximize income.
- Follow all Health & Safety regulations.
What You Bring to the Team:
- 2+ years of experience servicing amusement arcade machines.
- Hands-on approach to installing and maintaining SEGA & other 3rd party products.
- Ability to work independently with confidence and a positive attitude.
- Physically fit to handle manual tasks.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and well-presented.
- Flexibility to work 40 hours per week, including alternate weekends & public holidays.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel beyond your patch when required.
