Multi-Site Field Engineer – Join SEGA Amusements

We\’re on the hunt for experienced Multi-Site Field Engineers located along the M3 corridor to keep our legendary arcade machines running at their best. This field-based role is crucial in ensuring our coin-operated machines are installed, maintained, and repaired efficiently—all while delivering top-tier customer service.
What You\’ll Do:
- Install, maintain, service, and remove SEGA Amusements equipment
- Carry out basic network diagnostics
- Perform preventative maintenance and PAT testing
- Refill and manage merchandise on selected machines
- Ensure machines operate at peak performance to maximise revenue
- Follow all Health & Safety requirements
- Work with internal departments: Sega Total Solutions and Prize to manage parts, stock, and redemption tickets.
What We\’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in servicing amusement arcade machines
Hands-on skills in installing and maintaining arcade equipment
A self-starter who works well independently
Comfortable with manual handling and hands-on repairs
A people-person—reliable, trustworthy, and well-presented
Willingness to work a 40-hour shift pattern, including alternate weekends & public holidays. Occasional requirement to travel, including overnight stays.
A full UK driving licence and flexibility to cover different locations in peak seasons
Experience in the amusement machine industry is a essential
Successful candidates will undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service check in line with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
