- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build confidence, encourage participation, and create positive learning environments.
- Proven experience of planning, delivering, and assessing effective learning programmes.

- A sound understanding of safeguarding and Prevent responsibilities, with a commitment to ensuring the wellbeing and safety of all learners.
